I met David Bryant first by email, then by phone and finally at Spanglers in Hamilton City. We connected right away, he made me, the buyer, very comfortable. He then proceed to showed me the maps of Twisted Creek, the geographic data, and important information, then, I jumped in his Jeep and went to the ranch. We walked the properties available and I made a deal to buy a piece of land. David was a great influence to buy the property. I would say it was a life investment.
