As the go-to person for The Land Man at RE/MAX Premier, Samantha Brown serves as the Team Operations Manager, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and providing personalized support to clients. While her primary focus is on operational excellence, Samantha also works in The Land Man’s Residential Services Division, where she brings extensive knowledge in residential home sales, income properties, New Construction, and 55+ communities throughout The Villages and Lady Lake.

Having previously managed the HR department at The Villages Health, she has an in-depth understanding of the area and the unique needs of its residents — experience which she draws on to assist in employee relocation.

A South Florida native and University of Central Florida graduate, Samantha has called The Villages home since 2019. When she's not busy managing the team or helping homeowners and residential investors with their real estate needs, you can find her enjoying quality time with her family, and enjoying relaxing hobbies such as baking, reading, or writing.
